Houei Crystal

* It is reported that the Master of general cargo vessel, HOUEI CRYSTAL, issued a distress signal that the vessel was in danger of sinking whilst in a position approximately 250 nautical miles south of Nakhodka, Russia on 01 December 2021.

* We understand that the vessel has, indeed, now sunk.

* All the crew members are reported to have abandoned the vessel.

* Recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty.

* We therefore recommend that you contact us urgently if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
