Report	* We have received reports that container ship, SUNTUDSAMUT 4, capsized and sank off Sai Ri Sawi, Thailand, on 3 November 2022. * It is reported that 40 containers have been recovered from the waters and have been taken in tow by tug towards a place of safety. * It is possible that claims for salvage, loss or damage to cargo and associated recovery issues may arise as a result of this casualty. * We therefore recommend that you contact us if you are concerned with any cargo on board this vessel so that we can immediately start taking steps to protect your interests.
